Revive ("Service") is provided by Animalz ("we", "us", "our") as a free tool to analyze content performance using Google Analytics data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Account Terms

By using Revive, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Google Analytics Access

3.1 Access Grant

• You grant our service account permission to access your Google Analytics data
• This access remains active until you revoke it
• You maintain control over this access through your Google Analytics settings

3.2 Your Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right to grant access to the Google Analytics properties
• Follow Google's terms of service
• Notify us of any security concerns

4. Data Usage Rights

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMALZ BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any content performance outcomes;
• Business decisions based on our recommendations;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages; or
• Any data loss or security breaches outside our reasonable control.

7.3 Given that this is a free service, our total liability for any claims under these terms shall be limited to providing access to any available data exports and/or account information upon request.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms as needed
• We'll notify you of significant changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
